We have secure online shopping. Your privacy is very important to us at Angel Wings Cottage. We will never share any of your information with a third party.
As you browse through our items, simply use the “add to cart” button to select what you would like to purchase. After you have finished adding items to your shopping cart – click on “check out” – this will take you to a page to sign in to your paypal account – if you have one. You are not required to have a Paypal account to make a one time payment. If you are paying with a money order or check, please copy the "check out" page showing what you are ordering and send it along with your payment.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards through Paypal – which is our preferred method of payment. We also accept money orders and personal checks. Items paid for via check will be held 10-14 business days until cleared into our account. Payment is due upon purchase if using Paypal. If sending a money order or check, payment must be received within 7 days of your purchase.

SHIPPING
Most items are in stock and will ship out within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Some items may require special ordering and may not ship out for 10-12 business days after payment is received. Occasionally an item may become out of stock. In the rare instance that this happens. . . you will be given the option of a full refund . . . or you can choose to wait until the item is back in stock. Your item will be shipped out to you as soon as it is available. If you need an item quickly, please contact us and we will let you know if it is available for immediate shipment.
Our shipping calculation table is only set up for shipping to the 48 continental United States. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii may require additional shipping charges. Certain smaller items may be shipped to selected countries. There will be an adjustment to the shipping amount. Please contact us at customerservice@angelwingscottage.com and we will let you know if the item you are interested in is eligible for shipment outside the 48 continental US.
Certain heavy items will require an additional fee for shipping. This fee will be noted in the description of the particular heavy item. You will be invoiced for this charge after your purchase is made. Your item will not be able to ship out until the additional heavy shipping fee is received.
Shipments to Arkansas will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is very important to us at Angel Wings Cottage. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. Your return must be postmarked within 7 days of when you received it. Shipping charges can not be refunded.
Before returning an item, please email us at customerservice@angelwingscottage.com for a return authorization number. Returns without this number will not be accepted.
Items being returned must be undamaged and in their original packaging and carton. Please – no smoke smells or pet hairs on tapestry returns. For your protection, we ask that you insure the package for the full value.
